I met this guy a few weeks ago and we really got along and had so much fun together. He said to me that night he really liked me. I felt the same. He lives 35 minutes away from me...Is that too much?? We are 21 (me) and 22 (him).

what no thats not far at all!!! when i saw the question i was think it was gonna be hours away!!! Distance isn't an issue if you both put forth effort. I dated a guy 10 hours away..his parents live in my town. and a friend of mine is dating a guy that lives about 45 mins from her. YOu just have to make time to go see the other one

If you are both driving, then the twenty five minutes distance is nothing. At 21 and 22 You are young adults and can elect to date each other.Apparently you had a lot of fun when you met. You also got along nicely. So all you need to do now, is to figure out if you guys want to continue making beautiful music together. To the extent that you can, rededicate yourself to all the positive things that brought you both together.

No, that's not bad at all. During the school year my boyfriend and I live in the same building, but for over 5 months out of the year he lives an hour away. It's not that bad, and your guy is much closer! As long as you switch off who has to drive, I'm sure it won't be a big deal.

Plus, it might be nice that he's a little farther away because it'll be a little barrier that will force the two of you to have your own lives outside of each other.
