Under the anger is grief, sadness, and hurt. If you want help you will need to do some anger work. Get a tennis racket or a baseball bat and beat the hell out of what you are angry at. But beat a pillow or something like that. Never beat a person. Once you get to the source of your anger, grief, sadness, and hurt, you will heal you anger. Make believe the cockateil is the pillow, make believe the snow is the pillow etc.
Blessings to You

Don't get : mad,hit the wall and bash head on floor, JUST run for a mile to cool down, neither the people nor the event would be in front of you to scold! You definitely would be so cool to start the day again better and if you get the anger again at a time later, run again a mile to really become cool and strong in heart and to live with less of anger day by day!
Learn the practice to extend a helping hand to the poor and needy, to live with more of love and compassion to them, to overcome the tendency to get anger! You would be really living with more of peace and would be successful too in all your moves!

What do you gain by letting your anger control you? If you're truly as angry as you describe, you have a problem and would benefit from professional help. Out of control anger is a sign of emotional instability, possible abuse, or bipolar disorder, etc. I'm not in a position to diagnose you, but there are others who can do so before you hurt yourself or someone else. You don't need to struggle with this alone and you can't expect it to go away by itself. Good luck.

Sounds like you need some anger management. perhaps some counsling to find out why you get so angry so easily. Are you in your early teens? It just could be hormones.

The best thing that has helped me with controlling my anger has been a long, hard look at what it changes: zero, zilch, nada, zip, nothing, rien. No one cares that I'm angry.

I think you are just misunderstood. Don't be so hard on yourself. Everybody has a little hissy fit now and then. Think happy thoughts and you will be fine.
