she sure is a mature 18 years old, we actually got married 4 months ago and been together for three years already

It will depend on your budget of course, and her personal style. What does she like? Is she into music, movies or the like? Does she drive to work or school, or take a bus? Is she into clothes and fashion, or is she a jeans and t shirt type?
If she rides a bus to work, an MP3 player may make her commute a lot more enjoyable. If she drives, and likes music, an HD or satellite radio for her car would be nice.
Jewlery that fits her personal style is always a good choice!
You need to find somethng that she will like. What is a great gift for one woman would be a disaster for another.
Those that say that she is too young to be married need to understand that not all people are the same! My wife was 18 when we married, and that was back in 1980. Tommorow is the 27th Chrismas that we will spend as man and wife, so it can work out!!

Man, you didn't waste any time with the marriage thing. But as for the present, it just depends. Is she a really mature 18 or still not so mature? Younger girls, well, girls period usually like clothes and/or accessories.

geez! Everyone has to crap on you for getting married so young! I was 19 when I got married and my husband was 21.
As for the Christmas present, get her a gift certificate to a spa!
