It will depend on what bonds and additional taxes have been approved by the voters or if there are any Mello Roos fees. Taxes will probably be closer to 1.1% of assessed value.

you have to keep a sharp eye on the HOA fees as well. some associations have monthly fees in the hundreds of dollars, esp. the newer subdivisions
