I'd say it would cost under 50 dollars. It would hurt quite a lot, but if that's the tattoo you want, it's worth the pain. Good news is that it wouldn't take very long.

If you have it done in a respectable tattoo parlor, there will be no danger unless you happen to be allergic to the ink. But don't worry, few people are.
As for the cost, each shop has their own prices, and the lowest that they'll go. I can't ever think of a shop going lower than 50 dollars, to at least cover the cost of the needle and ink they used.
And the pain, since its' only an inch, will be completely tolerable. It'll sting a little, because the place you're asking about has a lot of muscles underneath it, but peace signs don't have too much detail and one inch isn't big enough for you to not be able to bear it for the 15 minutes (TOPS!) that it should take to do it.

Probably about $50. or less. I have a butterfly there and it didn't hurt too bad. BUT haha I agree with what someone else wrote, your stomach changes! My butterfly is alot bigger and looks like crap. Your body just changes over time. Its a bad spot! I would do on the lower back, like upper cheek.

Yeah, not the best spot. That area gets saggy.
But otherwise, it wouldn't be too expensive, and as long as the tattoo parlour is sterile, there isnt any danger.
Just be sure to take proper care of it afterwards.

The dangers are you'll get older and it will look like crap. Trust me. The lower stomach changes- alot.
Cost- probably around $50 depending on detail. Don't do it. That's my advice!!

Infection and hepititus are two concerns and yes, they hurt. Think twice, this is permanent, don't follow the crowd and regret this for many reasons. Save yor money for something better, how about donating it to a good cause--one that goes along with the peace sign?
