I'm confused please help!!!!!?

I like one of my coworkers. We have worked together for a little over a year and we always have a great time. We have gone out with groups from work several times and she always hangs around me and wants me to dance with her. I am going to be starting a new job in a month or two and wont see her that often anymore since we wont be working together so when I was talking with her on the phone the other night about a concert we are going to next month I kind of sprung the question would you like to go out some time on her. I could tell it really cought her off guard and she said maybe and then went on to tell me that she has had alot of bad relationships (a couple had kids, one ended up in jail, and one in a mental institution). We ended the conversation there. I have worked with her alot since then and gone out with her a couple times and she still seems comfortable around me. We talk and joke around and she is still always trying to get me to dance with her.

I like her and don't want her to think I'm not interested because I'm not pursuing her but at the same time I don't want to make her uncomfortable since we still have to work together for a little while. I don't know where to go from here or what to do next!!!!

So what's the hurry?!? Once you're in the new job, call and ask her out. If she's still gunshy because of all those bad relationships, maybe you don't need a woman with so much baggage... or maybe you can make it clear you just want to continue the FRIENDSHIP and give her time to get to know you better then wait and see if it grows into more.

RELATE dumb butt you have no other choice, you almost had your way in, damnit you people just don't get it do you? ITS A RELATE (TIONSHIP) what you need to do is talk with her about this deeply. I know, I know you don't understand people and how they work, but damnit you can use her to help you BOTH understand this world, you do that, and its well be REALLY hard to get rid of her. Relate, talk about your history, your hopes, dreams, ideals, experiences, just go off!!!!!!! ANything less is the death of the RELATEionship, get? Its that simple, fight for it, or watch it die.....
