she was created from the same riverbed of adam, but god had used all the pure clay on adam, so only filth and impure sediment was left, she refused the recumbant sexual position beneath adam and when he tried to compel her by force she uttered the secret name of God and commanded him to give her wings to flee the garden--she fled to the banks of the red sea where she slept with thousands of demons, bearing their children and founded the demonic kingdom of Zmargados, then returned to the garden in the guise of the serpent to exact her revenge on adam and eve, she was the "father"of Cain, because adam had tried to couple with eve during her menses, and from the filth of the action she arose impregnating eve before adam, she can be banished with the names of the three angels sanvoy sansenvoy and smengeloff--this is all off the top of my head there is more...

That is a myth. I don't know where it came from, but Lillith is now some sort of feminist icon because she was too rebellious and Adam wanted a new wife who would be submissive, or some other such rot. Anyways, Eve was the first woman, Eve was Adam's first, and only, wife. Lillith never existed.

Lilith most likely came from the mythology or spoken stories handed down, just like Noah did, which was taken from the Gilgamesh story of the Sumerian legends. Lilith may have been an early Sumerian Moon Goddess, who the Israelites would have deemed as bad, since they were monotheistic and only worshipped one god, so any reference to her would not have been cast in a favorable light.
Lilith's inability to accept male dominance (in a male-dominant society and religion such as the Israelites had) meant that she was removed from her position as Adam's wife. That she is not written of in the Genesis story may represent further proof that the Torah (and later the Old Testament books after the Pentateuch - the Pentateuch is the first five books, also called the Torah) was developed as an educational tool for young Israelite children. At that point in their theology, I doubt they would want to teach young children who were learning the Genesis stories from the very beginning the 'wickedness' of a goddess, as Lilith must have seemed to them.

I read the Bible and that is where the Truth is, I have not heard anything about a woman named Lillith, if everybody would read only the Bible then you would know that it is untrue. I have read the Bible for 45 yrs. and over and over again. And I would like to know where that is said and what Scripture from the Holy Bible. Cause I can't find it anywhere.
God Bless

Lilith was created at the same time as Adam and was Adam's first wife. She left him when he demanded she lay on the ground beneath him during sex. She complained to God and he said she had to be subservient to Adam - she said no way and left the Garden of Eden. She was chased by Angels who almost caught her until she uttered the sacred name of God. She was then cursed to consort with demons and that 100 of her children would die each day. Check out Wikipedia. There are many more definitions and beliefs about Lilith.

She was the first wife of Adam according to apocryphal works, and was also only turned into a demon (either literally or just in later interpretations of her) due to her unwillingness to submit to Adam (which was a big no-no in Biblical lore...).

I've heard this as well. But I don't remember her name being mentioned in the Bible. I heard that she was Adam's first wife but didn't want to submit to him and she wanted to be equal to him instead.

Speculation and imagination can come up with most anything. She's not in the script I have, but I'm sure someone has one that she's in. Good luck!
