Pasta
Olive Oil
Parmesean
Butter
Tomatoes
Garlic
Shrimp (optional)
Cook the pasta and warm up the oil/butter mixture. Add the garlic and let it get good and warm (not boiling or even really simmering too aggresively.) Add diced tomatoes, salt and pepper. Let that cook for about 3 minutes. Add the shrimp. Drain the pasta when it's done and put it in the skillet with the oil mixture. Toss, top with Parmesean, and serve.

I make chicken breasts. I just pour about half a bottle of bbq sauce in a small baking dish, cook it for about an hour at 350 flipping half way through. Then make a side of rice or egg noodles.
yummy!

I would say muffins. I use 3/4 cup of white flour, the same whole wheat flour, three handfuls of sugar, some baking powder, a little oil, two handfuls of rolled oats (oatmeal), milk, and you can use a few eggs., or use your favorite recipe.
