why wont the new adobe active X install?

Question

it says that it cant open the C:\windows\system32\mecromed\flash\flash9e.ocx lol I checked its there that is why I dont know why it wont open for it to install anyone know a trick around that?

When i went to install it it acted as if it took this several times and showed on my program list. Then finally one time another bar came up when trying to install again and it did right. Was a big pain in the but for me too.
