The PS3 already comes with a 1 year warranty. If you buy an extended warranty from a seller such as BestBuy or Walmart, you might have to pay maybe $50+ more dollars.

All of the PS3's are reliable, so I don't think that an extended warranty is needed. The 1 year warranty should be enough.
