Chances are he just has hook worms. They are easily treatable and he doesn't feel like eating because his stomach is upset.

My son's chihuahua had that where he was had watery and bloody diarhea in which seem like he couldn't control it. It turns out the poor guy had hook worms.

That happened about 4 years ago and since then I have put my dogs on heart preventative, which takes care of worms everymonth (except tapeworms which are caused by fleas).

It will be ok. I would definitely do a walk in appt tomorrow morning at the vet.

Bloody diarrhea can be a symptom of Parvo which is a very serious, often fatal, contagious disease. Rottweilers are particularly susceptible to Parvo, they can catch it even if they've been fully vaccinated. As your dog is a rottie mix, that has to be a possibility.

If he's not vomiting and is keeping water down, that's a good sign. But diarrhea can cause dehydration very quickly, so it's vital that you take your dog to the veterinarian as soon as possible. If you're own vet is closed and doesn't make housecalls, go to the nearest 24 hour animal hospital.

Good luck

The first thing I would do is bring him to the vet tomorrow, having said that...it could be worms. Giardia sometimes has those symptoms. If not he could have eaten something that didn't agree with him. If he isn't bleeding profusely...don't panic and wait until tomorrow. If he looks lethargic bring him to the after hours clinic in your area...don't worry about feeding him he wont starve for one day.
good luck

Take him to the vet. He needs medical attention. Your dog shouldn't have to wait for you to go online and ask a bunch of random people for help. If this was you, would you wait?
