When you say belly it makes it sound like you are fat, tummy, skinny. I usually say stomach. Everyone has a stomach, but not everyone has a belly or a tummy.

Most of the time I use the word stomach. But, if I'm talking to a child I may use tummy or belly.

you use all of them for different things.... stomach you use for like buisness and lesrning.... belly is just a fun word that some people use... tummy is for like babies when your talkin to them.. like where did your food go? in your little tummy?ex.
