Prime Rib and Filet are normally more expensive than T-Bone with Filet usually the most spendy.
Hmmmm, I think I would prefer Prime Rib but normally if I am at a restaurant I go with the seafood

POund for pound a tenderloin (filet mignon) is the most expensive and in my opinion the best but next to that would be the Standing rib roast(prime rib) which is more economical for a group of people, also asking for a standing rib roast might save you a few bucks because "Prime" Is a type of beef.

filet mignon is over rated. It's the most tender but not the most flavorful. Prime rib is much better. make sure to order it with the bone.

Filet mignon is most expensive (aka Tenderloin) and it is the cut I prefer.
I will take Prime Rib if that is the only choice, but I'm not a big fan of T-Bones unless they are porterhouses and they've left the filet mignon still atached! :-D

Filet is the most expensive. It is all meat with little or no fat so there is no waste unlike T-bone or prime rib ( fat and bone) .
As a steak it is called a ribeye steak, not prime rib. That is when it is sliced from a roast.
I like a really good ribeye because they fat marbling gives the meat really juicy good deep flavors.

For my money, the rib eye and the porterhouse are the best cuts for steak. There is very little prime anything that the public can afford. Most meat is USDA choice, including prime rib
