According to the Catholic church, yes, there are 24 stigmatics who have been canonized as saints, including one from the 20th century (Padre Pio) whose case was thuroughly examined by many, many officials to determine whether there was any chance he was faking.
St. Francis of the Assisi was the first stigmatic. Pio is the most recent. The rest have all been women, most of them dating around the 14th century.
