In some dreams, everything seems to be bright, visible, and not confusing. As in, most dreams I have, I seem to be in two places at once. The person I am looking at, and the person looking at me. It's hard to explain. Then, in others, everything is normal. I'm seeing from my side only, and not confused about what happened in the morning. So, when the dreams make sense, they are clear. Then, in the ones that don't make sense, everything is all dark, mixed together, and just plain baffling. Can you explain to me what this means, or why it happens?

If you overload your brain with information and don't have any time to sort it out your dreams could be quite confusing to mirror the state of your mind. But if you are more focused and sure of yourself and your brain is more organized, your dreams will reflect that. You may tend to get overly intellectual at times, and that takes away from you having a clear feeling or emotion to direct, and give a clear direction and flavor to a dream. Emotions can get confused or unclear, when overloaded mentally. If you want clearer dreams, you must channel your mind in a way that your heart or inner self is definitely directing you. There will be times, when you will just have to put up with mess up dreams, because the mental demands of your life give you little choice. Meditation might help one focus a little more, to keep the mind clearer.

All dreams have a meaning no matter how jumbled and crazy they are. Issues and thoughts that you deal with on a daily basis are jumbled in a dream as fragments. You can have one dream with 5 or more fragments. Each fragment represents a thought or issue in your life. However, your subconscious mind has a way of fitting each fragment consecutively or in a pattern into one dream. So, it basically deals with how many issues you are trying to deal with in your life. If the dreams are in a pattern of confusion, then it means the person is in a confusion. If the dreams are clear then that person's state of mind is also clear.
