Please Help me.........??

I got something on my back that looks like acne but i went to the doctor and they gave me something called evoclien and i've been using it for 1 week and i had no change it actually looks like its gettin worse so what is this stuff on my back?

Are you washing and letting the skin dry thoroughly before you put on the evoclien?
