My mom is FINALLY all done with her radiation and chemo (yay!) and I want to make her something special, but I'm not sure what to make. Nothing food-related, because she is home a lot and would see me baking, and we have baked a lot lately. What are some things I could do/make?

Any help is appreciated!

Its really nice that you want to do something special for your mum. I suggest something like a special hand made card or a nice drawing of the family with her? Whatever you decide I hope you all have a wonderful time and great Christmas.

I'd give her a makeover. Take her out and get her a new outfit and buy her some new make up. If you don't feel like spending a ton of money, just use make up you already have to make her feel like a million bucks :) and congratulations to your mom

wow, this is a tough question to answer as i would have to know your mothers interests...this may sound corny, but i have a template for a dove made out of plastic canvas and yarn...we made them after my grandma passed away from cancer....i will gladly share it with you

Treat her to a makeover, a day at a spa, something that she will appreciate

Your mom's body has been poked, prodded, nuked and poisoned. Isn't it time for her body to get a little pampering?

Day spa or full spa.

make a collage of photos of you growing up and any other siblings you might have, any mother would be thrilled, and it shows you thought hard. its something she can keep forvever too.

or you could make her a CD with all her favourite songs maybe...

Draw her a picture or write her a poem. If you can't do that, make a list of everything you love about her and why she means so much to you...

PS... She's lucky to have you too...........
