I like a peach smoothie. I toss my overripe banans in the freezer, and use them for smoothies and banana bread. So in the blender I put Milk, Frozen Banana, half a bag of frozen peaches, splash of lemon juice (to keep it from turning dark) and let 'er rip!

Oh my dad's recepie for smoothies is the absolute best. Sometimes the fruit he puts in it changes depending what kind we have. But usually, this is his recepie:

One cup of blueberry/strawberry yogurt

One handful of ice

Some frozen strawberries

One banana

A splash of orange juice or pink lemonade

Blend all of these ingredients together for a great smoothie!

Now I'm not sure if I was supposed to give you his secret recepie, so let's just keep this between you and me! =]

Here's mine:

1/2 cup Frozen Mango chunks, thawed
1 cup Fresh Strawberries
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 scoop Peach Sorbet (for a substitute, a fresh peach and about 1/2 cup of milk will do fine)
2 Tablespoons Honey

and oyu can add Whey protein and all that nonsense if you want.
As far as not being chunky, it all depends on how you blend it.
Having frozen ingredients and letting them thaw out allows them to become basically puree and allows to blend easier.
