No they can't, but just because the bleeding stopped doesn't mean they are out of heat. Heat itself usually lasts about 3 weeks (1 week coming in, 1 week full heat, 1 week going out).

NO
however a dogs heat last 3 weeks and the general rule is 1 week coing into esttrus., 1 week in full heat or the time they can be bred and often don't show blood at this time and then 1 week coming out.
Again this is an average so the best is from when you notice your dog in heat keep her in your sight or confined inside for 4 weeks to be safe.

they can only get pregnant when they are in heat. but i guess anything is possible. is your dog showing signs? I'm not sure if your asking because you think your dog is pregnant but just in case the signs of a pregnant dog is belly gets big and bloated nipples get swelled(its hard not to notice) they start to stay in a secluded area doghouse behind the shed...etc. usually start to collect things weird things two because when my dog was pregnant she would collect things like soda cans or blankets whatever she found and she would take them to her doghouse. also she may act like she doesn't want to be around anybody. but it could be another reason too if your concerned take your dog to a vet to be checked out. good luck to you!

Since the female is done with her season, she doesn't allow any male to breed her. So the answer is no.
