Rotisserie ovens weren't designed for baking cookies

are you making your own cookies or did they come in a roll from the grocery store. I'm not sure if there's something wrong with your recipe or not. I'm not sure what you mean by "rotisserie" oven...does it have settings like 325 degrees on it? Does it only have "broil" on it? Sounds like you'd be better off buying the cookies than trying to make them in that kind of oven.

Usually when I bake cookies I put them in an oven or a small oven that has a bake setting (like 325 degrees) and I let the cookies stay in until the edges barely start to brown and then I remove them and let them sit on top of the oven to finish cooking even if they flatten.

Since you don't have a oven you should go to a friends house or a family member and use their oven. You really need a oven, the rotisserie oven is not going to work. No way Jose!!

can I ask why you are using a rotisserie oven? Try setting the temp lower and extending the cooking time.

Just a guess.

This isn't going to work, you need a proper oven for cookies.

Baking is more science than any other form of cooking.

I think you need to use a real oven to bake cookies.

Add another egg to the dough. And make sure you don't have too many choc. chips in there, or there wont' be enough dough to hold the chips together.

cook them at a lower temperature for longer, also try covering them with foil to stop burning
