Do you put the destination address in the middle with the return address in the top left hand corner, or vice versa???

Yes, the return address goes on the left top side and the address you are writing to goes in the middle of enevelope and the stamp goes on the right.

Your information goes at the top left corner, the stamp at the top right, and the DESTINATION right in the middle.
