Did you ever have sound before. Are your speakers connected to the pc? Check the back and see. Keep trying till you make connection. If that does not work and you are using xp for your operating system, click start, control panel and sounds and troubleshoot from there. Hope this helps.

Try the first answer and if that doesn't work you could be missing a sound card, so you would have to get someone to install it for you unless you know how to do it yourself.

right click the icon of a speaker in the bottom right, and left click volume, if you see a RED simple on them these means its in mute (no sound) click them to unmute
