ok no hospitals then we are gunna have to do the best we can with what we got.
get
scissors
detol, or vodka
pliers
cotton tread (for sewing)
a sewing needle
gauze (or a clean cotton bed sheet, shirt, whatever)
2 containers
tweezers

pour vodka into a container
put the cotton, tweezers and scissors in the vodka
pour a little vodka on the wound
is there an exit wound?
if not you have to get the bullit out
pour vodka on your hands and use your finger to feel for the bullit
once you find it get it out with the tweazers and re check o make sure there is no other fragments or debris in the wound
once the wound is empty pour on a little more vodka and dry it
use the pliers to bend the needle into a half circle
use the needle and thread to sew the wound.
to sew :
the needle must go down through all the layers of skin
just under half a centermeter should be plenty
stick it through one side of the wound and out into the hole
then from the inside of the hole push it through and up up of the skin then tie off until the skin touches and do a double knottcut off the rest of the tread and keep stitching every centemeter until wound is closed.
fold a piece of fabric till its nice and thick and lay over the wound.
use a bandage or sheet rolled up to tightly wrap around his stomach and to keep the pressure applied
DO NOT MOVE HIM AND STAY WITH HIM

DO NOT GIVE ASPIRIN, ALCAHOL, OR ANY ASPIRIN BASED DRUG
IF U CAN USE CODIENE OR PANADIENE TO EASE THE PAIN BUT DO NOT LET HIM MOVEFOR AT LEAST 5 HOURS

It depends on the type of wound. A stomach wound can cause a great deal of damage, or very little. Likely, you would perform a CT scan to determine which structures had been damaged, and then define your surgical protocol from there. If the Aorta was damaged, or the liver, spleen, etc, you would treat each injury differently. If the colon was damaged, you might need to do some lavage.

Hopefully, you've got the right equipment in your kitchen.

this is a tough one and it depends on the path of the bullet. if it is a through and through shot that misses everything then it is simple. but if it is a pierced bowel, severed renal artery and lodged in the spine type then you had better be three seconds from a level 1 trauma center or you will be in a world of hurting. the US military has done some outstanding work in this field and being in the US military and being near a MASH unit is one of the best places for an abdominal wound if you must have one. survival rates are making history there

well i cant tell you how, but tell you to stop the blood flow and get to the hospital cause its a fact that the only place on you body that you can handle a gun shot wound and not bleed to death without treatment is the shoulder. and the worst place is the stomach so go call 911

as a top conti i would have never thought that you would ask a question such as this. hmmmm, it seems to me that i would seek the consultation of a doctor via an ambulance trip to the E.R. . i only do this kinda work in the sterile confines of a hospital. o btw, while you are waiting on the answer, the patient has more than likely died due to blood loss. the computer is not always the answer, common sense is.

To treat this wound first take a plane to Oxford U. in England and get the top medical staff to treat it. It should only take a 7 hour flight.

Go to the ER. Place a towel or something on the stomach to contain the bleeding. Get to the ER immediately.
