I am looking for a good traditional Catholic/Christian CDs. Can you recommend any artist? It can be a choir, individual or a duet. I like music that is not overdone--more like how it sounds in church. Certain songs I'm looking for are:

Precious Lord, Take My Hand
How Great Thou Art
On Eagles Wings
Amazing Grace

Thanks!

I highly recommend John Michael Talbot. Before his conversion, he played with big names like Pink Floyd and Janis Joplin. Now he is a secular Franciscan that accompanies his songs with guitar in a style that has a hint of Celtic flavor with a worshipful and joyful tone.

I own his album, Table of Plenty, and it includes "On Eagles' Wings," "Table of Plenty," and "Be Not Afraid"--lots of great favorites from Mass. If you visit his site (below) you can listen to excerpts from his albums.

You might try Michael Joncas who wrote "On Eagle's Wings."
