I am 13 and a half about a month ago i went on a diet and i lost about 4kilos.
Now i have gone back 2 my normal eating habits,
but i constally think about food.
And i weigh my self at least twice a day,
my mum is like really worried about me.
BTW my BMI is 19.1.

You are exhibiting the early signs of an eating disorder, Anorexia. You are obsessing about your weight by weighing your self that often. you should talk to your doctor and see what your doc has to say. You are down where you wanted to weigh and your afraid of going back up again. You should enjoy the hard work you put in to get to where you are now, but you shouldn't worry so much. you can tell by your clothing if your gaining or not, put the scales away and enjoy Your new body, you are not going to gain it back if you just watch your junk foods. I will bet you are very pretty and you are worried about 1 pound now. Don't , You won't get to enjoy the new you after all the effort you put in to get where you are..

it would be best to talk to a therapist or a doctor and mybe your only problem is that you think about your weight to much also it probably not healthy to weigh yourself so much in one day
