Store brand guns as yours usually bring 15%-40% less than the same name brand gun.
I'd say yours would be closer to the 15% as it's a Winchester model 70 as compared to a Savage, Stevens, or Mossberg store brand that would be closer to the 40% end of the pricing scale.
It should be around the $240 - $275 pricing area.

According to the cross-reference, that's a Sears branded Winchester Model 70. Nice rifle!
Sadly, the value of a Sears or hardware store branded version of a name brand rifle is going to be less.
I think excellent condition would go for $225 to $275. Wear, scratches, damaged finish, etc is going to lower that value.

If it had the original manufacturer's name on it, it would be worth more, but if it has Sears on it, or J.C. Higgins, or Ted Williams on it it will be worth less. I would say about $350- $400
