How to access 480p on my LCD 37inch SHARP AQUOS during gaming?

trying to get 480p to work with my ps2 onto my LCD
anyone know if i need certain wiring for this?
if so then what kind
specifications appreciated

Your TV will automatically detect the input format and scale accordingly.
To output 480p you need to use component video.
Composite (yellow) or s-video can only output 480i.

Most PS2 games only run in 480i. The only 2 I know that runs 480p is Grand Turismo 4 and God of War.
