Aspirin is a multi B vitamin complex thief. The B complex of vitamins is essential for healthy digestive, neural and immune system functioning. Aspirin will also rob you of vitamin A, C and calcium and potassium.

it's recently been proven (I heard on the news recently) that aspirin works for men but not for women. They were formerly suggesting that a woman take a low dose aspirin for preventative measures.

Aspirin is supposed to thin the blood, but so does drinking a lot of water thin the blood...Both, if you take too much will make you faint from thin blood. If you don't need aspirin then don't take it because over time and too much will ruin your liver.

Bleeding and stomach ulcers are side effects of aspirin. They are less likely to occur with the lower dose.

Aspirin is an acid (acetylsalicylic acid) so with prolonged use, it will slightly lower the pH of the stomach and may cause heartburn.
