Im 15 years old and my mom took my cell phone because, she found out that. My boyfriend and I are having sex. Do you think she will give my cell phone back?

Your cell phone is the least of your worries.
get a grip. Talk to your mom about the sex. Lay it on the table. If you want to be treated like an adult, act like one. Tell her everything (well, within reason, don't reveal postitions, etc)
Calm her fears about protection (you HAVE been taking steps to NOT become pregnant, RIGHT?)
You have been breaking the law, no matter what the age of your boyfriend is, so be prepared for EVERYONE to be angry. You might as =well rob a bank..there are fewer lifelong consequences than sex at 15.
go to her, She loves you still, she's just in shock. Talk to her. Keep talking until she feels she has given you guidance..
then maybe she'll give you the damned most important thing in your life back..
just keep this in mind,,. How much will you be able to talk on that cell phone with a screaming baby on your hip.

You're having sex at age 15 and all she did was take your cell phone? Wow!!! Consider yourself lucky. If you were my child I'd do alot more than just take away your cell phone. Chances are that you might not get it back for a while. If you want to have sex and a cell and be an adult, then you should act like one. Confront your mother. Let her know what's going on in your life and it might make the 2 of you a little closer. She is your mother, but she can also be your friend.

You shouldn't be having sex. Have you thought of getting pregnant.? Its not easy to raise a child. I am in my 30's and still not sure if I want that kind of responsibility.
Stop having sex, wait until you are older.

She is trying to punish you by taking your phone away so you can't talk to him or text him. I would do the same if my teenager was doing that....

If she is smart she won't.
She also needs to get you in to be tested for STD's, a pregnancy test, and perhaps find you something else to do with your free time besides being a ----.
