So what if your interpretations are seemingly opposite?
Why be offended and not honoured that many Atheists, and idol worshippers would want to believe in God the Father, whom they interpret to be very loving and compassionate? Are they really hurting you somehow?

Actually I am asking about today's believers, not those that have or are murdering you. The ones that for the most part let you be.
Based on history do you hold today's believers to be guilty and at fault for the murders? Is this resentment helpful for you?

Basically seen as a cult, like a Branch Davidian calling themselves Christian, succeeding in converting millions and killing millions of Christians while quoting scripture.

It's not about appreciation or lack thereof. It's about truth. If Christianity is true, then other religious systems can not be based upon Biblical doctrine.
It is not that Christians think they are better than everyone else (a true Christian actually knows they are not).

to asnwer the stupid individual above me definite, of direction there are chinese language jews, and black jews etc. any form of jew you like. a million. Does Judaism have a plan or a direction for salvation and if so what's it ? No. there is no prefer for salvation in judaism. jews dont have self belief that we are inherently evil and require saving from ourselves. You dont even could desire to be jewish to get to heaven. in certainty, the whole afterlife situation isnt certainly one of those enormous deal. Judaism is lots extra (than different religions) with reference to the right here and now. 2. Why is the Western Wall so significant to the Jews that they cry at it ? it rather is the only ultimate area of the Solomons temple. The dome of the rock (mosque) is truthfully outfitted actually good on precise of the place it stood. The holiest place in the international for jews. 3. Why is Jerusalem significant to human beings of the Jewish faith ? I dunno. i assume its basically the main mandatory city in the country. 4. Do Jews evaluate themselves to be little ones of Abraham by distinctive characteristic of theory in Judaism ? no. theory truthfully isnt even that significant. from a christian or muslim history that would soud unusual, yet judaism is distinctive.

Yeah, because see when we don't agree with their strange interpretations of our Torah, they murder us for it. Christianity has 2000 years of that under its belt.
Islam, though not quite as murderous to us as the Christians have been, was still harsh and cruel to us and did murder us periodically as well for not following their interpretations of our Torah.
Furthermore, we don't have any concepts that everyone has to become Jewish in order to merit their place in the World To Come. We believe that all righteous peoples of all nations will inherit this. http://www.noahide.org
So no, we are not honored that people take our Torah and change it and expect us to adopt this idolatry. They turn around and kill us for not adopting it. And this is ALWAYS the way it happens.
EDIT: Today we are not being physically murdered by Christians, but we are being spiritually murdered by them in the form of the deceitful fake "Jewish" Messianic" movements which were begun by Baptist fundamentalists specifically to target Jews for conversion by deception. They have spent over 250 million dollars in the past decade on programs specifically targeting Jews for conversion. There are two ways to kill Jews - physically as the Church did for 2000 years, and spiritually, which the Church has now undertaken to do.
So please don't assume that just because they aren't dragging us out of our homes and burning us alive in our synagogues on Easter and Christmas anymore, that they have at ALL stopped their efforts to annhilate us, our culture, our beliefs, and our religion. It never stops.

maybe because something always seems to get lost in translation when a spiritual concept is hijacked by usurpers and twisted away from the original intent and spirit.
i truly doubt the Native Americans feel "honored" when some suburban White Bread buys stolen mound artifacts off of eBay and then uses them to play at being a medicine man.

Say what?!? "Much of the world" hasn't adopted the belief in the Hebrew Scriptures. If they did, they'd be Jewish! Christianity is NOT the same as Judaism.

I'm neither offended nor honored. I didn't write the "scriptures," and people can believe what they want. But you lost me when you referred to atheists who believe in G-d.

1) They didn't really adopt it, they kind of took them and perverted them.
2) I'm not really offended as long as they don't go around trying to convince me or anyone else that their version of things is the only truth. Then I get to bare my teeth and snarl and fun things like that. But only then :-)

you all want to say you "adopt the belief" when what you really mean is "we adopt your texts and tell you that our belief based on them is more valid than your belief based on them."
according to our texts, you don't need to do much more than believe in god, and god alone. But a major religion comes forward to say "yeah, well, it means god and his 2 friends." according to our texts, you have to accept our texts for what they are, definitive. Along comes another group saying "um...and also our book or else you are all pigs and monkeys".
We're real honored. Thanks a whole bunch.

The Jews don't believe Jesus Christ is the messiah who came to save men's souls. Their Messiah is a powerful Messiah who will come to defeat their enemies.
