I do try to do a daily prayer or adoration to my patron God. Meditation, dream journaling, and a daily banishing ritual are recommended. The Craft is a way of life, not just something you do eight times a year. Daily adorations and prayers help us to build and maintain our relationship with our Gods. Spirituality is all about one's relationship with the Divine, after all.

No, not everyday. I generally hold rituals on sabbats and a few full and new moons (though not tonight's full moon... two rituals in three days is just overkill).
Clearly my religion influences my outlook and lifestyle to a certain extent, but I'd rather honor my deities in my regular day-to-day actions (helping someone, not polluting, etc), rather than thinking about them all the time, making offerings, or constant rituals.

Not daily, most dedications and rituals relate to the moon cycles. Blessed be(Teacher of the wiccan religion)

i know many people who keep healing baskets or candles and do meditations on a daily basis, but most people save ritual for important events or gatherings. i don't consciously honor the lord and lady on a daily basis, i expect that living a good life is enough.

I do a quick morning and evening devotional, most nights, that involves a quick thank you to the elements and I do read a special prayer I wrote for my patroness goddess, and I like to recite it most nights.
