When you do regular sit ups not for the PT test practice coming down really slow to help your muscles.

Do crunches.

Flutter kicks.

Make sure to do crossover to work your obliques.

Try to use a 10lb weight while doing incline sit ups.

Good luck to you.

Breath control helps a lot. breath out going up and in going down. That helped a few of my battle buddies in basic pass their test. Other wise just practice practice practice. Good Luck.

1) Practice the type of situps you have to do.
2) Honestly try doing 200-300 with in a whole day not all at once. (i.e Football players do this) Plus, wait till you see your abs. Wow.
3) BREATH, BREATH, BREATH. Proper breathing will make it easier

Well, they're not going to kick you out for PT while you're deployed. The only way to improve your sit-ups is t do sit-ups.
