There is more than one thing you would need to do:

1. Avoid excess sunlight.
2. Don't smoke.
3. Wear moisturiser with SPF.
4. Drink water.
5. Avoid excessive alcohol.
6. Avoid pressing/stretching the skin on your face, particularly around the delicate skin of the eyes.

Drink plenty of water, eat at least 6 serving of fresh veggies (dip carrots in ranch dressing) and use Ultrox. Ultrox is the topical cream alternative to the injectable poison botox. Ultrox also has hyalurnic acid in it, that is the best thing since green tea was discovered! Hyaluronic acid acts as a sponge retaining water. As for the Ultrox, it actually numbs your muscles with Hexapepetide 9arigiline, of sure of the spelling) but the same stuff Victoria Principal has in her skincare line. Ultrox prevents and is antiaging and numbing. Its awesome, all my friends use it. It also has so much anti-aging ingredients that 1 of my girlfriends 'age-spot' is gone. We love the stuff! you can get it at www.athomeskincare.com or on ebay. And stay out of the sun!!! There I hope I helped answer your question.
