I have heard that Jews/Israeli's do not celebrate birthdays? and that 7 millions Jehovah Witnesses have researched this fact and are correction. it is because people are herd animals according to Sig Fraud? and will go along with what ever the herd is doing especially if it is self gratifying? I made it my responsibility to research the matter on the birth and it is so! Christ was not born on Dec 25th and what Christ ask of us is that we remember him by the breaking of bread to remember his body given for the sacrificed and wine to remember the blood he shed for us/ this is what is asked of us I find that Jehovah Witnesses are correct... we owe it to ourselves to know what the truth is, but most are not aware of what is truly required of us and finding out what the truth is will rock the boat as it did in the days that Christ walked upon the earth.....

It would seem that too many care more for their own preferences than for God's commands.

...(Hebrews 11:25) choosing to be ill-treated with the people of God rather than to have the temporary enjoyment of sin

...(2 Timothy 4:3-5) They will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

...(2 Corinthians 3:16;4:3,4) when there is a turning to Jehovah, the veil is taken away. ...If, now, the good news we declare is in fact veiled, it is veiled among those who are perishing, among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers

2 Corithians 4:4 "among whom the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through."

2 Timothy 4:3 " For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; 4 and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories."

The Jehovas Witnesses are outstanding at research. Giftmas has made a mockery of the birth of Christ and turned it into a retailers dream.

I have checked history, so what is your point? Can't we celebrate Christ anyday and everyday if we want? I bet you do not know what day the world began, but you probably celebrate new year on january 1st. My life is a Holiday everyday when Christ is with me...

Jehovah Witnesses garner and receive all their "proofs" from The Watchtower Society and its book, not from the Holy Bible.
