Why is it that when a woman disrespects herself its easier for her to attract someone but then if she respects herself it is harder?

Because a woman who doesn't respect herself will accept a man who doesn't respect her, and there are a lot of them out there. The woman who respects herself, holds herself to a certain standard, and the men she is with must meet that standard too - much harder. But so much more worthwhile.

Can't answer. I've never disrespected myself. As a man I know that the ladies I go after are the ones that stand up for themselves and don't bow down to any man. By the way....I've been slapped a few times. I don't know...is that respect?
