I saw her makin out with her new boyfriend the other day. she didnt see me i dont think but they were getting into it. for some reason i was in a bad mood for the rest of the night. My new girl doesnt seem to make me feel like i did wen i was with her though. I never thought about the ex b4 that but since then ive been having dreams with her in it. Anyways apparantly im not completely over it but i think whats left of that is out of my control. So any advice

You may have pangs for awhile, especially if you aren't really connecting with this new girl, and depending on who ended the other relationship. This may be a rebound deal that helps you get over the loss. Seeing the ex with a new guy just reminded you of the way you felt with her, it just may take a little more time to get over it.

I'm still trying to figure that out myself!! I'm sorry but it's obvious that you still have feelings for your ex of some sort otherwise you wouldn't have had that pang of jealousy.. Who broke up with who?? Sit there and work out whether you'd really be happy with your ex, if the relationship is savable or not if you'd like to get back together and go from there - just don't waste this new girlfriends time if you don't feel *that* way about her or your own if your ex is not likely to want to get back together..

You're on the rebound. Break up, as nicely as you can, with the girl who doesn't make you feel much. Your right hand is a good "somebody new" to find... there's no need to be dating every single day; focus wholeheartedly on other aspects of your life.

You just need time. Sorry about that.

Good luck!

It is ok to remember the good times but don't sulk in them. Always remember the reason or reasons you are not together. There is a good song for this...

you cant force yourself to get over someone. no matter what you do, no matter how much you get yourself drunk everyday, and no matter how many friends you have by your side, at the end of the day, youll realize that nothing changed. its just a matter of time. only time can tell when youre over someone. you'll feel it. so dont rush, just take it slow. deal with it if i may say. trust me, one day you'll wake up without having feelings for her anymore.

Best advice, stay away from them and it will take some time but it will happen.
