It will be this Monday 12/31 but then some people who have certain banks will have their pay deposited this Friday because they always get it 2 days before other military members.
For example my friend usually gets paid with USAA around the 13th of the month if the 15th falls on a regular non holiday pay day so she will get paid on the 28th. I will have to wait until Monday to get paid. But hey some banks might decide to give you the money early. Check your account Friday and see.

Depends on your banking institution. The military forwards your pay to whomever it gets direct deposited to several days in advance. Many places would pay the night before. Since the first is a holiday and on a Tuesday, the payday is on a Monday. Navy Federal pays on Fridays if the payday is on a Monday. I am guessing there are other banks and credit unions which do the same.

It will go in Monday. Monday is not an official bank holiday, so they will be open.

31st, it's not a bank holiday so you will get paid then.
