There was an article posted yesterday with the statement "they were illegals"
There is not one article that states they were. As sad as this crime is, they were drug dealers. As shocking as the murders were these kinds of situations happen all the time with dealers, why make the attempt to blame it on illegal immigration? It should have been blamed on choosing a lifesyle as a drug dealer.

Maybe they were illegal but those articles do not say they were.

I am not the one that implied they were illegals, that was done yesterday in a question, I agree Hispanic names and illegal are linked regardless of the truth.

You are right there is a lot of deliberate deception on this forum , most by neo/cons , the other day one, such rocket scientist , stated that 7 of the FBI Most wanted list were Undocumented Immigrants. . I looked up the FBI ten most wanted.
7 were American Born Citizens
1 undocumented from Mexico
1 undocumented from Honduras
Osama Bin Ladin.

He also stated that 40%-50% ( I do not remember exactly) of the Prison population were undocumented immigrants.

Incarcerated America
By Human Rights Watch Backgrounder. States:

State and Federal Inmates By Race,
From Department of Justice

Black..........43.91 %
White..........34.72 %
Hispanics..18.26 %
Others.........3.11 %

These figures incude all Hispanics Citizens, Legal And undocumented, From all the Americas, South, Central And North (Which includes Mexico).

His figures do not acurrately compare to the current prison population.

There is a lot of deception going on in trying to tie the Undocumented into the America crime rate.

People will jump to conclusions before all the facts are in. It would be nice if people would wait until all the dust is settled and information is correct. But with the way (and by it as well) this illegal immigration is such a hot topic issue and so inflamed every time a Hispanic or Latino name comes up on an arrest article, not many seem to care whether they are legal or illegal.

We have talked of this before in the past, and with other questions from the past. Not many would even remotely think or dream that an Irish, Italian, German, or French name that pops up in an arrest could be here illegally. Let alone have this information blasted all over the news. As long as the news media stays focus on just the Hispanic, and Latino names, they still remain out of touch with ALL the correct info when it comes to illegals from every country, and not just the Latino countries that are involved in criminal behavior and activities.

You should know, that I for one, want to know the legal or illegal status of anyone arrested these days, as well as the extent of their crimes. Because I am sick of either of them (legal or illegal) committing the crimes. Perhaps it's the punishment I think they (legal and illegal) deserve is where we might disagree. I don't know, as we have never really talked about that.

The articles are implying these people are Latino Hispanics who were born here in the USA. It implies that police did not find evidence to prove these people were in this country illegally. It is a fact that a significant number of Hispanics are Americans who were born in this country. You're making the assumption that these people are illegal aliens, just because they have Hispanic names.

So you personally know these people, and are quite sure, beyond the shadow of doubt, that they're in this country illegally? Or are you blind to the concept that some drug dealers, are also American citizens ??

Therefore we that know who we are , meaning, people that prefer to be in the side of understanding and justice under the truth,as if you did something harmful with or without papers you need to pay a penalty but if you do good and right, you shall be rewarded....so ,we should gather all our efforts to help this our country to be free of malevolent people, not by deporting anyone not Even bad citizens, but by making sure there may be rules that concentrate in justice not in preferences, like "- You got money so your offense can be erased with $$$$500.000.00 dlls(more or less)...and your free"-.or you are "this race" your welcome".....or you like this music so do I then we are cool....or, "if you are this religion come". and so on and so forth, if you see that a music is being played too load in a place where it' obviously harmful....well guess what, there is a spot for a rule or regulation, the same with movies or religions or anything that may imply " real physical harm to some one. If a lie is harming some one let's make sure it has to pay for any consequence ,or if crossing boarders is to do wrong that too that to has to pay for an outcome that may result if some gets hurt or harmed but you need to pin point the exact nature of the individual intentions and specify the crime and punish him/her for that crime but not because they couldn't' get a passport or a crossing visa due to the inefficiency of the authorities that should attend those matters in a timely matter...OK? well bye. and don't forget DON'T BE A RACIST FOR GOD'S SAKE.

I knew a few dealers in my neighborhood growing up and they were all legal citizens. Many illegals will get caught up in the drug business to make some fast easy money. This pleases the hell out of the kingpins who feel they can literally dispose of them as they please because of their immigration status in the USA.Who is going to be looking for an illegal, right? So that is why they are so hireable.

You're right. Racial profiling against immigrants has gotten out of control. Racists act like we don't have any drug and crime problems here in America (lol), and try to blame every single problem on "Mexicans".

Political Correctness is ruining the country. Who cares if someone assumes someone is illegal. Mexicans have done it to themselves. There are millions of illegals here, that is a fact. They wouldn't be making such a big stink over checking their immigration staus if they were here legally. What is the big deal check their papers and send them on their way.

is it racial profiling? come on.the only reason the illegal supporters object to this is because it will be effective. And whats the problem anyways, show your i.d. and move on.Unless you are accurately profiled and deported.in that case hooray for the system it works!!!!
