Without asking them or sleeping with them then you cannot know for sure. Why are you asking this? If you want to know just ask the person. It's a part of life and if you are in a relationship then they should be willing to let you in on the information.

If they are not a virgin they won't talk about the pleasures of sex that confidently. Try asking trick questions such as, do you think sex can break a relationship or a make it stronger? Then ask if they think sex is a normal part of a relationship. If they answer yes and they have been engaged in many relationships then they are probably not a virgin; and if they sound nonsense then either they're being a hypocrite or they have no idea what sex is and what is feels like.

there is no way in telling if someone is a virgin by just looking at them. in order to find out you must sleep with them or ask them.

if you are dating the person she will tell you in time, maybe when she's ready. if you're not dating her you probably wont get to know.
