Ok. On my long spine right on the very far end bottom of the spine tail feels like a little tiny ball when i touch it.. When i touch that litle lump ball it hurts like burning feeling. When i finger that the little tiny lump ball would move side by side under the tipe end of the spine. (no the bone isnt broken) i just feel a strange little round ball lump that is seating right under the middle of the tip end of thespine tail. I look to see if there are any redness or lumps or such and it seems to be nothing showing on my skin at all.. Just looks normal.

So i presume the little tiny lump is really deep inside the inside skin. When i seat down it burns but depends how i seat down it wont hurt but if i wobble my bum when im seating that little tiny small lump ball would move side by side under that tip end of the spine tail... and when i try stand up it kills me with burn sensation on that small ball lump. but suddently it stops hurting when im allready standing. What could it be?

tumour? no it couldnt be a tumour because tumour you would see a lump on your skin from the outside of your skin...

cyst ? people think tis that.. i say you sure? because cyst will again show a lump skin from the outside of the skin area.

So what els could it really be?

Its been there for 1 years and a half. i think i felt off my office chair accidently and hurt my bum real hard. Now maybe the spine tail has prob ink into the skin making a swollen thing right? but its been a long time you would think it would of been fix alone by now.

Im 31yo male australia

I went to the doct it was a embaresing moment. he touch that with a finger but only 5 seconds and most liekly did not felt correctly the little tiny lump. But i said to him is this dangerious. he said no no not dangerious.. should i be having an operation he smile and said no no.. otherwise you wont be walking well :) nd forgot what it was he said but then he said just dont do anything leave it and it will aventual

aventualy go away (in time) but i wonder when in time...?

So maybe i shouldnt worry about it but instead suffer the burning few seconds sensation depends how i seat and such... when im standing tis not noticeble.. but when i try stand up for 5 seconds it burns bad... I finger that little tiny ball lump it seems that the lump is inside the skin where the spine tail is the tip end of it... could it be cancer?

What should i do? its just annoying feeling. i prob felt off the chair but when i did.. that lump wasnt there just straight away it aventualy came slowly and since then 1 year and a half that little lump is still there the same little lump and same burning sensation at times just depends how i seant or try stand up not contantly but depends. I seat alot aniways.

So your questions olease give as much details. these of the obove may not be what it is.. because there is no redness or lump looks on my outside skin.

u will only feel the little lump ball if u touch it by pressing the skin where the spine tail is.. this is the only way to feel the little lump because there is a bone there u can easily feel the little lump ball.. i think without that bone there :) and if i ever had that lump ball i think that lump ball would never hurt me but because the bone is p[ressing the skin there and same time unexpected lump ball there i gues its in the middle of everything pressed.

It couldnt be a vain ? dont think a vain would be in the middle tip end of the spine.... when i touch it the little small ball lump hurts like burning effect and it slides side by side... if i leave it..it seats kinder right in the very middle tip of the spine tail.. so maybe the spine has ink the skin making alittle swollen skin?

Im male though..

When you touch the tip end of your spine you now exactly where you now where to touch it to feel the tip end of your spine tail right? tjhere is alittle tiny hole there i think thats where gassy comes out? :) not sure little tiny hole. (not the big one :)) thats the anal but the futher up where the bum is the little smallest hole there.. whell aniways pressing my finger there i feel the tail spine.. and in there thats whre i feel that small tiny lump ball.

The small lump is prob no bigger then a small nail finger..

its feels tiny
more like your small baby finger nail that sizes

so please help me its mysteruous to wodner... when will it be fix.. should i keepn touching it>? maybe makes things worse.. so what can i do.. operation wont be neccesery because thats what the doctor said..

Maybe a scan might help? i gues a scan wont be apropiate for that and plus a scan will not show you exactly what that little lump ball is aniways......... ?

so maybe if i just leave it it wont be anything dangeruous and aventualy in a few years time the thing will go away right?

It is sometimes just alitle dificult to fine that little tiny lump when touching the spine... so not sure how a doctor will try fine this unless fingering it at times... its moves side by side so it isnt just in the same stuck location its abit dificult.

You may have a "Palionidal Cyst".
This is a cyst at the base of the spine which has a long ingrown ball of hair. It contains pus also.
Painful as hell.
You will have to see a doctor. If this is the case, they can insert a syringe and drain it. There is actually an opening to the outer surface of the skin and sometimes drains somewhat on it's own. The pain and pressure will be relieved, but will return.
Eventually you will need surgery to remove it.

I would have to agree with Ed here. But also don't be fooled by tumors, I have one that is cancerous on my spine. You can't see it without an MRI. I have had many tumors you could see, and many you can't. Also cyst are buggers as you can feel them. but not always see them I think I would recommend you see a Dr,and find out for sure. I'm betting on the pyonnial cyst. Not sure on the spelling. Good Luck! Have a very Merry Christmas!

You have a second hole? Are you talking about a soft spot between your rectum and the end of your spine? Or an actual hole? You should NOT HAVE a second hole -- please respond.

The "gassy" comes out of the rectum ("the anal hole") -- there should not be a second hole - I repeat!
