You are seeing knock off items or are finding them lower at Target. All stores shop other like stores to see what is working for them and price their items so that they are competative. That's just business. Thank goodness no one copies their return policy. It sucks. Bought a video and the quality was so bad you couldn't see the faces on the movie. They told me that they could only give me another copy of the same movie and I got the same cr*ppie movie and was screwed out of my money. Also be very careful when you check out. Pricing is buyer beware. I often catch them charging more than the price marked and they don't give you anything if you catch them trying to rip you off. It's so funny that I never get undercharged for anything. Many stores do it on a regular basis. I have caught WalMart, HEB, Target overcharge on a regular basis. And they get away with it.

I used to artwork in an workplace Depot layout, Print, and deliver midsection. i understand nicely approximately those people who desire to reproduce copyright fabric. yet after having loads of human beings blow up at me, having my managers get aggravated because of the fact I referred to as them over to guard it, and so on. I gave up on it. It became a waste of my capability. it rather is not any longer rather well worth the attempt for what purpose can pay...you're no longer paid nicely sufficient to be a cop there and implement those regulations previous telling the customer and posting a huge sign informing them (we used to place ours suitable on precise of the self-serve copiers that we had). although...you're curiously touching on them bringing you a image to repeat. i'd factor to the brand/photographer's call...and tell them i'm no longer able to reproduction that without their permission.

They always do. I do like Target's layout better. Everyone buys their imported crap from the same brokers (middleman).
