I feel really bad. I was cleaning my house for my mom and dads anniversery. I was organizing all of her pictures, witch all year she has been talking about needed to be done. I getting all of the picutes from under her dresser [[hard to explain what her dresser is like]] and In the cabinet I found my presents. I didn't know what it was! Really! I was looking at them, just thinking it was some of my moms things, and i didn't relize what they where until i had looked at like half of them. Its really bad because I was just critisising my sister at dinner last night, because i brought up to my parents how she had been snooping for presents. I feel REALLY guilty! Should I tell my parents? Im afraid i'll get in trouble for looking. help!

No, don't tell them. They probably are really excited about surprising you. That is what makes Christmas special to most parents, is seeing the look on your face after you have recieved something they gave you. Just act really surprised. And next year....don't be so thorough in your cleaning. LOL

If it was unintentional then you have absolutely NOTHING to feel guilty about. Your mom should have taken more care to keep you from comming across those gifts.
Especially if she knew you were liable to be looking through those drawers while helping her out.

So now this situation begs the question:

How good of an actress are you? Can you look suprised on Christmas Day when you open your gifts?

If they don't know you found them, just move on. If you feel guilty, then tell them that you accidently found them while cleaning and tell your mom you had good intentions. As a parent I don't think this is a really big deal.

well I would tell, but explain first that you were organising
or you can not and just act surprised when You get your presents. I don't really know that is a hard one to answer it really depends on how your parents like to react

Nope. I'd just let it go. It was an honest accident and I'm sure that your parents are really excited to give you the gifts and you should be excited to see them. Xmas is only 2 days away.

no, don't tell them, and still act surprised. It's a white lie that won't hurt anybody.
In 20 years or so, when your kids find the gifts you got for them, you can tell your parents and share a laugh.

I would tell them but when you do don't forget to include that it was an accident and that it happened when you were cleaning the house.

Sometimes an accident is what it is , an accident and thus some things are best to be forgotten.

Nope- just give them the happy surprise look when you open them. That's what they want anyway :-)
