Don't you know? Their job will be worship... for all of eternity. An eternity of servitude on your knees. Sounds like hell to me, quite frankly.

Heaven has nothing to do with the material. It is purely spiritual. How you live your life here on Earth and if you believe in truth which Jesus stood for transcends anything you can imagine in your physical life. Only the "truth will make your free". Jobs in Heaven? Pray you get there. There are no jobs in Heaven except giving thanks to God that you got there.

Money is meaningless, but yes they will have a job. They go to heaven because they have been chosen to do a job which is to rule over humans/fleshly universe and care for the needs of same.

I will make this short and maybe not so sweet. If you don't do the job for God down here on earth, you won't even have to worry about doing anything up there, because your presence won't even be there. Did you really expect any other kind of
answer?

What will those who go to heaven do there?

Rev. 20:6: “They will be priests of God and of the Christ, and will rule as kings with him for the thousand years.” (Also Daniel 7:27)

1 Cor. 6:2: “Do you not know that the holy ones will judge the world?”

Rev. 5:10: “You made them to be a kingdom and priests to our God, and they are to rule as kings over [“on,” RS, KJ, Dy; “over,” AT, Da, Kx, CC] the earth.”

There is no real way of knowing. Most of what Christians think they know about heaven, actually isn't in the bible. It comes from extra biblical ideas, religions and books.

The bible says that Jesus is preparing a mansion for believers, it says that believers will eat with Jesus at a great feast, and it says that the saints will be continually praising God.

Thats about it.

Christians are essentially maintaining a relationship with God to obtain eternity in a place that they know less about than neighborhoods across town from where they live.

Before most of us move to a different house, we spend a bit of time checking out the new place and neighborhood. Christians are essentially trusting the real estate agent. FOR ETERNITY.

1/3rd of the original inhabitants of heaven, disliked it and God enough to be kicked out. It can't be perfect for everyone.....

No compulsion. Room and board for free. But -- hey! I WANT a job, an activity to fill my need to be useful. I already know what job i want! But as long as i make it there, i won't object to sweeping up confetti.

Actually, we don't know. Anyone says they do, they are speculating. There won't be sorrow. Won't be marrying. Won't be wanting. Etc. Beyond that, we simply don't know.

One thing we do know, it will be much, much better than the other place.

Wow, even if you don't believe in heaven, that is just a really dumb question to ask.
