No, because sandwiches provide protein and calcium, and in the bread are grains, which according to the food pyramid, is the group with the most servings. However, it contains some grams of fat. I wouldn't eat it every single day, but I would eat it a couple times each week, since it provides some healthy ingredients.
And no, the baked chips aren't bad with the sandwiches, but, try not to eat them all the time.
Hope this helped!

Are you using any condiments? If you are looking for the healthies - use mustard not mayonaisse.
Sandwiches when made with healthy ingredients are healthy. Sometimes it is the condiments that cause the calories / fat.
Remember the Subway guy - he ate sandwiches every day right?
As long as you choose healthy options such as lean cuts, fat free or low fat cheese and whole grain or wheat bread.., you should be OK

Choose a healthy bread (consider spelt, whole wheat, or multi-grain). Vegetables make a great filling.
If you are considering the ease at which the food can be digested, you might avoid protein fillings. Read more about "Food Combining."
The answer to your question depends on your ingredients.

Thats the same diet I am on. Instead I eat whole wheat bagels instead of bread because bagels have around 12 grams of protein. For the meat I use 98% Fat free Turkey or chicken. NO CHEESE! Toss some spinach on the sandwitch and you have an even healthier meal.

You're missing some things out of your daily diet which can be bad. I would say mix it up a little more, have veggies on the side, get some vitamines and supplements, and you should be ok. Bread is needed in your diet, in certain amounts, as is junk food. Notice on the *food triangle* which states what percents we are supposed too have in a daily diet, the top has a small percent of junkfood.

Its better than a cheeseburger and french fries!
Just be careful about the coldcuts, they usually have a lot of sodium processed in them.
