Jesus also referred to the holy spirit as a “helper” (Greek, pa·ra′kle·tos), and he said that this helper would “teach,” “bear witness,” “speak,” and ‘hear.’ (John 14:16, 17, 26; 15:26; 16:13) It is not unusual in the Scriptures for something to be personified. For example, wisdom is said to have “children.” (Luke 7:35) Sin and death are spoken of as being kings. (Rom. 5:14, 21) While some texts say that the spirit “spoke,” other passages make clear that this was done through angels or humans. (Acts 4:24, 25; 28:25; Matt. 10:19, 20; compare Acts 20:23 with 21:10, 11.) At 1 John 5:6-8, not only the spirit but also “the water and the blood” are said to ‘bear witness.’ So, none of the expressions found in these texts in themselves prove that the holy spirit is a person.

The correct identification of the holy spirit must fit all the scriptures that refer to that spirit. With this viewpoint, it is logical to conclude that the holy spirit is the active force of God. It is not a person but is a powerful force that God causes to emanate from himself to accomplish his holy will.—Ps. 104:30; 2 Pet. 1:21; Acts 4:31.

The questioner seems to refer to this Scripture:
...(Romans 8:26-27) The spirit itself pleads for us with groanings unuttered. Yet he who searches the hearts knows what the meaning of the spirit is, because it is pleading in accord with God for holy ones.

Primarily, Jehovah's Witnesses believe this Scripture to allude to the availability of the hundreds of prayers which were recorded in the bible under divine inspiration by the action of God's holy spirit. When a godly person is unable to enunciate his own prayer, either the praying human or Jehovah can accept applicable sentiments from among those recorded in holy Scripture, such as in the various Psalms. It is not necessary for the prayer to be spoken or fluent or eloquent in order to reach the Almighty "Hearer of Prayer".
...(Psalm 65:1-5) For you there is praise—silence—, O God... O Hearer of prayer, even to you people of all flesh will come. ...Happy is the one you choose and cause to approach

As Psalm 65:4, the bible makes it plain that Jehovah's holy spirit can move a person to "approach" Jehovah in prayer.

Mark 5:30 " Immediately, also, Jesus recognized in himself that power had gone out of him, and he turned about in the crowd and began to say: “Who touched my outer garments?”

31 But his disciples began to say to him: “You see the crowd pressing in upon you, and do you say, ‘Who touched me?’”

32 However, he was looking around to see her that had done this.

33 But the woman, frightened and trembling, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell down before him and told him the whole truth.

34 He said to her: “Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be in good health from your grievous sickness.”
