N O, you have to be at least 16 to 17 years of age
to work as a waiter on any US Military base!

No I don't believe so because most post have the 16 age limit to get a job. Maybe off post, might hire 15 years old but not alot will. But the Summer for Hire job thing during the summer, you might be able to bag at the commissary.

Probably not. Most states require you to be 16 before you can get a work permit, and it limits the number of hours you can work per week. When you reach 18 you don't need a work permit.
