Why is it gross to wear pearls on a date/first date?
People always talk about it badly and I just want to know what is so bad about it?!

Because they associate it with a "pearl necklace" where a guy cums on your chest and makes a necklace.

Hmmm maybe someone was talking about a "pearl necklace".. which is an entirely different thing.. and could be considered gross by some people

Well, if you're actually talking about a real string of pearls, legend has it that they bring bad luck and can cause "tears" in a relationship. Thus, you shouldn't wear pearls on your wedding day. If you're talking about a 'pearl necklace' then it's gross because it might stain your cute cashmere sweater and nobody wants that.

Are you sure they are talking about wearing pearls or getting a "pearl necklace" on a 1st date which is a slang sexual act.....

There is a saying, "pearl necklace" which has a sexual connotation. A guy gives a girl a "pearl necklace". (Figure it out.)
Perhaps that is what that is about.
