Because they have enough food and shelter. They still want to prove themselves. I am a Spiritualist and we believe that all roads that lead to Heaven are good. Why argue if we all end up in the same place ?

Because many religious people believe that theirs is the correct religion and therefore cause conflicts with those who are not of that religion or in any religion for that matter.While there are many open minded about relgions there are many who are not so open minded

Happens when people attack your religion and force you to defend it...I never go on the attack but I do defend my beliefs when they are insulted. If everyone was tolerant and considerate and respectful of others, there would be far less fighting.

It is important. Being wrong will cost you salvation. Most people have been lied to, and don't want to admit it.
