The secrets taught to me by several older women (including my 93 yo grandma) is that fresh eggs DO NOT peel well. You must have eggs that have been stored in the refrigerator for about 2 wks. then...
Put them in a pan of COLD water, with at least 1.5 inches of water covering them. Allow this to stand at room temp until the water is room temp////
Bring to a boil adding a half teaspoon of vinegar at the beginning.
Let it come to a full rolling boil for 5 minutes, then cover and turn off heat. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Cool under running cold water. Then allow to cool completely, in cold water or in the fridge.
You will find that the stored eggs will peel very easily!

try this:

Simmer water in a sauce pan. Add 1 tbl of white vinegar. Carefully lower the eggs into the water. DO NOT boil. Set an egg timer for 12 minutes. When the timer goes off, place the eggs in a water bath with ice cubes. Do not peel until the eggs are cold. Takes about 30 min.

The eggs will peel very easily.

After boiling the eggs, cool the eggs quickly by dunking them into ice cold water. This will shrink the membrane that holds the shell to the eggwhites, thereby making it easier to peel.

Note that this process doesn't work if the eggs are old and not fresh.

I peel my eggs under col running water. It loosens the shell makes it easier to take it off...also, i'll stick my boiled egg in the freezer for 4-5 minutes if its still hot, cuz when it's hot the egg is soft which makes the shell harder to remove.

Soak them in ice water for 5 - 10 minutes after you cook them. It will help the shell separate from the egg and they're a lot easier to handle because they're cold.

this works and its fast too
run them under cold water till you can hold them and not burn your hand then tap both sides, find the side with the void in the shell- one end will have a space between the egg and the shell. take this part off and "blow" through it just like you would for an Easter egg. it will slide right out and there are no little pieces to deal with either.

Be sure to cook them hard, at least 5-10 minutes.
Then chill under running cold water until cooled.
Tap each one gently on a hard surface Until shell is cracked.
Remove under running water to get entire shell off.

Let them cool down by themselves.Don't put them under hot or cold running water, don't soak them in water.Just wait until they cool down.It doesn't take that long time and after that they're easy to peel.
