Cotillion dress... I need a cotillion dress for the winter ball for a 12 year old girl! I need it almost like a prom dress, but a little less formal! I would like it to be almost to my knees or longer! Thank you

If you are 12 then you aren't supposed to be using this site.
However, check with local bridal shops - they should have a selection of flower girl or junior bridesmaids dresses that would be appropriate and this time of year they tend to run big sales.

You may be better off just going to a consignment shop or to a store that provides dresses for beauty contestants (specialty boutique) that way the dress can be fitted to her and you can get the exact right look.
